Clinic - home sleep study

Mild sleep apnoea identified at baseline and resolved with weight and positional work. Screened again at follow-up.

Coach summary - follow-up assessment

John arrived unable to hold a dead hang for 25 seconds and carrying 142 cm² of visceral fat. Six months later he is near the top decile of VO2max for his age, has added 3.3 kg of lean mass while losing 8.3 kg, and his mild sleep apnoea has resolved. The training has not been extreme. It has been unbroken. Ninety-four per cent of prescribed sessions logged.
